Justin joined the TFG group in March 2016 as Managing Director of Whistles, a position he held for nearly three years before becoming Managing Director of Hobbs. In July 2021, he was appointed CEO of TFG London, overseeing Hobbs, Whistles, Phase Eight, and, as of 2024, White Stuff. Prior to this, Justin held several senior leadership roles, including COO and FD at Crew Clothing and at Marchpole, the licensee for Yves Saint Laurent and Ozwald Boateng. His retail career began while he was still a university student, working part-time for Joseph.
