Sally Gott is Co-Founder and Owner of Sass & Edge, an independent fashion boutique in Winchester that she launched with her business partner 10 years ago. Over the past decade, she has helped grow the business into a successful destination for contemporary womenswear, with a loyal customer base both in-store and through a thriving online business serving customers across the UK and internationally. Sally brings more than 40 years of retail experience, having held management and area management roles with leading retailers including M&S, Next, Jigsaw and The White Company. Combining the commercial insight gained from major high-street brands with hands-on experience of running an independent retail business, she has a strong understanding of customer engagement, team leadership, buying, merchandising and the evolving retail landscape.
