Manju spent her executive career at Harvey Nichols, the international luxury retailer, which has a network of department stores encompassing Fashion, Beauty and Hospitality across the UK, Middle East and Hong Kong. During her 25 years at Harvey Nichols. Manju progressed through a number of Finance roles before becoming CFO, COO and most recently as CEO.

Since 2025, Manju is a Non-Executive Director with a portfolio spanning a variety of industries and is passionate about bringing the voice of the customer into the Boardroom. She is NED & Audit Chair at Smith’s News plc, wholesaler & distributor to the News industry; NED & ESG Chair at Workspace Group plc, the flexible office provider, which owns £2.5 billion of commercial real estate in London, NED & Audit Chair at the Fund Manager Aberdeen’s Smaller Companies Growth Fund plc and NED at London & Partners, the business growth agency for London.

Manju has been named by the Evening Standard as one of London’s most influential leaders, included in the Drapers Fashion Retail 100 as well as the Retail Week’s Power list. She was shortlisted in the Sunday Times NED to watch awards 2024 and is an alumnae of the Asian Women of Achievement.
