Paul Wilkinson is group commercial director/deputy group managing director of Barbour responsible for all of the global commercial teams across the UK, US, Europe and Asia.

Since he joined the company almost nine years ago, Paul has contributed significantly to the continued commercial success and growth of both Barbour and Barbour International as global lifestyle brands. This included securing partnerships with Land Rover, Ganni and Alexachung and more recently Chloe, Moncler and Gucci Continuum. He has been instrumental in developing a market leading approach to working with wholesale partners as well as driving the brand’s digital footprint across their social media channels. He introduced the company’s award-winning Wax for Life programme in 2020 including the very popular circularity initiative Re-Loved and in 2024, for the first time a rental scheme in partnership with Oxfam at Glastonbury.
